As the end of the year approaches, many of us feel a mix of relief, exhaustion and anticipation for the year ahead. Simon, an executive coaching client of mine, wanted to ensure his upcoming year would be extraordinarily productive. He reached out for executive coaching to create a road map for success. With some advanced planning, he positioned himself to start the New Year with a clear edge.
The strategies we used together have worked for many of my clients over the years. Here’s how you can close out your year effectively, recharge during the holiday season and prepare for a powerful start in the New Year.
Step 1: Close out the old year
Before diving into your next chapter, it’s essential to wrap up loose ends and clear the slate.
